INSURANCE POLICY

Endocrine360 is an out-of-network practice, which means that the cost of the office visit or telehealth visits with the physicians or other practitioners may not be reimbursed by your health insurance company (unless you have out-of-network benefits in your commercial health insurance plan). However, any labs/medications/imaging that may be needed will still be covered under your health insurance as usual. At the end of your visit, a superbill with diagnosis codes will be generated. This can be provided to you, the patient, or submitted by our office to your insurance company on your behalf. Please be aware of your out-of-network deductible fees prior to scheduling your appointment.
